You can simply use it by typing in the Search box:
and selecting Memory Diagnostic Tool from the results, or by administrative Command Prompt by typing the equivalent command:
The tool will start to the next reboot, and it will take several minutes mainly depending on installed memory amount.
When finished, it will reboot the computer to start it normally.
You can find the test result, into System channel of the Event Log, looking for:
