GPEdit and geolocation provider issues

If starting GPEdit command, you get the following error:

According to this post, you have to:

• go to the following folder using the File Explorer:
  %SystemRoot%\PolicyDefinitions
• right-click on:
  Microsoft-Windows-Geolocation-WLPAdm.admx
• select Security tab, and then Advanced
• change the ownership to Administrators group, and confirm the operation on each of the previously opened windows.
• Right-click this file again
• select Security tab, and then Advanced
• select Administrators group, and set access to Full Control.
• confirm the operation on each of the previously opened windows.
• if the following file is already present:
  LocationProviderADM.* (same extension)
  delete the file
  else
  rename it to the above filename.
• do the same operation with the file below into any subfolders (if any).
